I was nervous about starting at Perimeter College. It's a two-year school, not the big university experience. But honestly? It's been great.

One student wrote: "Ga State University-Perimeter is an amazing college to attend. It allows me to have balance as a non traditional student."

Another said the professors genuinely care about student success: "I've never had a bad professor which is a huge pro. All the professors I've had genuinely cared about student success and wanted to see you pass."

If you're considering Perimeter, don't let the "community college" label scare you. The teaching is solid.

Perimeter has been great for me. International student, English not my first language, and professors have been so patient and helpful. Small classes mean I can actually ask questions without feeling stupid. The "professors genuinely care" thing is REAL.

Downside: campus is kinda dead on weekends. Not much to do. But Atlanta is close so if you have a car you can find stuff. Also the food options on campus are... limited lol. But for learning? Solid. Would recommend.
