At West GA Technical College, Hey everyone! Just doing little mama bear research for my kiddo. She's at Georgia Gwinnett right now, putting in some serious swim laps and studying her brains out. But she’s been eyeing up the Nursing program at West Technical College for while.

tbf first off, major props to those in the nursing program - it takes a special kind of dedication and strength! in my program, i've learned a ton about anatomy, injury prevention, and rehab techniques. It's been super hands-on, working with athletes on campus and shadowing professionals in the field.

The support from professors and resources like our sports science lab have been game-changers for me. If anyone's taken the Nursing program at West Tech or any other college in Georgia, I'd love to hear your firsthand experiences! How was the curriculum structured? Were there opportunities for clinical rotations or internships? And how did you balance studying with practical experience?
