How do you guys manage stress at Georgia colleges? Any tips or resources for overwhelmed freshmen like me? I need all the help I can get! 💪🏼 😂

Here's the shortlist:

1. CAPS (Counseling and Psychiatric Services): Free, confidential, and they have a 24/7 crisis line at 706-542-2273. You can walk in during business hours for a screening . No appointment needed for crisis help.

2. Well-Being Hubs: These are quiet spaces around campus (like in the library) where you can just... breathe. They're designed for relaxation and reflection .

3. Student Care & Outreach: If you're struggling with anything—academic, personal, financial—they'll connect you to the right people . Call 706-542-8479.

4. The UGA App: Download it. It has everything from bus routes to mental health resources .

You belong here. Use these tools and you'll find your rhythm. 🏛️❤️
