I got an email about the Graduate Student Experience Survey at Georgia Tech. Apparently it's the "first of its kind on campus" specifically for grad students .
Marc Canellas from the Graduate Student Government said they want to give administrators "the evidence in hand to make serious change" . They're asking about advising, finances, academics, teaching, research, and support.
The 2015 undergrad survey apparently led to actual improvements because it "legitimized the concerns that had been widespread among undergraduates" . So maybe this could actually lead to something?
Has anyone taken it yet? What did you say?
