About North GA Technical College: Has Anyone Here Taken the Automotive Tech Program at North Technical College?

I've got nephew who's seriously considering the Automotive Tech Program over at North Technical College. Now, as someone who's been comfortably nestled in the world of psychology at Georgia State University for 15+ years, the thought of exploring machinery and tinkering under the hood is. Well, let's say it's out of my wheelhouse!

But hey, that's why I'm here! So, anybody out there with firsthand experience of this program? My nephew is definitely hands-on, loves solving problems you should see him when he gets his hands on tricky puzzle! But I'm curious about what the day-to-day grind looks like in technical course like this one lol. What can he expect from the coursework? The instructors? And while we're at it, anybody here studied at Savannah College of Art and Design? With Atlanta practically bursting with opportunities for creative collaboration, I'm wondering how SCAD measures up. How are the professors? The workload? Is it really as vibrant as our good ol' ATL?

Anyway, back to North Technical College I'd really appreciate any nuggets of wisdom you guys could drop about this Automotive Tech program. Would you say it gives students solid footing for their future careers? Like said, Alright folks, enough rambling from me! Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences.

Haven't personally taken the Automotive Tech program at North Technical College, but I've heard great things about their hands-on training and knowledgeable instructors. If you're considering it, maybe reach out to the school for more info or try connecting with current students to get firsthand experiences. It's always helpful to gather different perspectives before diving into program. Have you looked into any specific details about the curriculum or talked to any alumni from the program? Getting those insights could give you better idea of what to expect. Good luck with your decision, and hope you find the perfect fit for your automotive education journey!
