I used to look at my syllabus and feel immediate panic. Too much to do, no idea where to start. Then I started breaking big tasks into small chunks and scheduling them in a planner. Instead of 'study for midterm,' I'd write 'review chapters 1-3, make flashcards, practice problems.' Each day had manageable tasks, and I could see my progress.
The stress of looming deadlines disappeared because I had a plan. Now I actually enjoy checking things off. Breaking big goals into small steps makes studying feel achievable instead of overwhelming . Organization is freedom.
