My current academic struggles revolve around conflict resolution, policy implementation, and employee relations - the real HR life challenges! 
Balancing work and school at UGA has been a rollercoaster ride for me. Being people-oriented and diplomatic, I want to excel academically while gaining practical experience in the field. However, finding that perfect balance is tougher than I thought! 
I'm reaching out to my fellow Georgia college students for some tips on time management and staying organized. How
do you handle the workload while still having a social life? Any on-campus resources or student organizations you recommend for HR majors like me?
Personally, I love exploring Athens on weekends, trying out new restaurants, and catching live music shows downtown. But lately, it's been all about textbooks and deadlines - need to find that sweet spot between study sessions and fun outings!
