You see, I'm over here at Emory University finishing up grad school for public health (quick shout out to my alma mater Georgia State! So yeah, The big question in front of me is this: how do you navigate job hunting post-graduation? Because let's face it, as much as we'd love to spend the rest of our lives diving into textbooks and research papers (ha, just kidding), reality check bills won't pay themselves. Has anyone gone through this nerve-wracking process recently? What are some strategies you guys have used that worked?
And most importantly, how did you fight off the constant urge to hide under your blanket and hope everything sorts itself out? Quick change of subject though; the other day found myself reminiscing about my freshman year at Georgia Southern. Man, it was all about that sense of community. Whether it was cheering on the Eagles at football game or spending late nights studying with peers who'd become lifelong friends, there was something special about our close-knit camaraderie.
Did any of you guys feel the same way during your time there? Or maybe another Georgia college has left lasting impression on you. What particular experiences made you feel part of larger family? Alrighty then, back to wrapping up this thesis.
