I'm an engineering major considering Georgia Southern, but I can't find much info about the lab facilities. A student review said: “The new engineering building is nice, but the equipment is limited” . Another said: “You get hands-on experience, but you have to advocate for yourself to get into the labs you want” .
I'm worried about competing for lab time. For current engineering students, how easy is it to access equipment? Are there enough stations for everyone? Also, do you get to work on real projects, or is it mostly simulations? I want a program where I can actually build things.
