My world revolves around microscopes and the great outdoors pretty cool combo, right? Dedicate most of my time to environmental conservation research. It's fascinating stuff. Anyway, that's enough about me! I've got question for you guys. I've found myself in bit of pickle. I'm considering teaching part-tithe school the campus next semester (yep, the one down south! The thing is, I'd still be based in Columbus and would have to commute.
Now, know it's quite trek (nearly two hours if traffic is merciful). So. Anyone out there making this journey or something similar? How do you manage it without going stir-crazy? Do you have any favorite pit stops or scenic routes that make the journey more bearable? Or should just suck it up and look into temporary accommodation closer to Albany? On side note, totally unrelated but equally important I'm also considering applying for master's program at Mercer University. Any current or past students with some insight into the application process? Any tips on what they're looking for in applicants?
Always good to have some insider info! Life seems to be taking me all over Georgia these days.
