Hey guys, it's Pierre here! Just wrapped up my first year studying Comparative Literature at Emory, quite ride so far. As an international student from France, I've been exploring different educational paths in Georgia specifically, I've started looking into the trade programs over at Lanier Technical College.
Now, don't know about you, but back home we view trade programs as pretty valuable alternatives to the traditional four-year degree paths. They seem to offer real-world skills in less time and can be more affordable. How do you think these programs at Lanier stack up against our four-year degrees? Are they seen as equally valuable here?
I'm curious about your thoughts. It's like comparing apples to oranges maybe, but hey, sometimes you're just in the mood for specific fruit, right?
