Hey everyone, I'm currently basking in the glow of my senior year at Spelman College. It's been an empowering journey combo of personal growth and broadening horizons that only historically black liberal arts college for women can offer. Georgia life's got its perks, tell ya! But now, as I'm preparing to leap into grad studies and doing research related stuff, While we're at it, Augusta University popped up on my radar for possible grad schools. But mean, get that experience varies from person to person but hearing some firsthand stories would really help put things into perspective.

What do you guys think about the quality of education there? How’s the faculty and overall campus vibe? Is it accommodating towards students of color? Sorry for bombarding y’all with questions but making this decision feels like being stuck between rock and hard place.

Remember dealing with the Institutional Review Board (IRB) during my undergrad at Kennesaw State University. It But get why they're so strict about research ethics. Better safe than sorry, right? Did anyone else find the IRB procedures bit daunting at first? It's like jumping through hoops, but once you understand their reasoning, it makes sense. How did your experiences at Georgia universities compare? Was it smooth sail or more of rocky road with the IRB?
