Does Kennesaw State have good career fairs for business students? 💼

I'm a business major at KSU and trying to plan for internships. A student review said: “The career fairs are decent, but they're crowded. You have to be aggressive to talk to recruiters” . Another said: “I got my internship through a professor's connection, not a career fair” . What's the real situation? Are the career fairs worth the time, or should I focus on networking through professors? I need a strategy.

Don’t overthink it. Go to the fair with a goal—like getting 5 business cards or learning about 3 companies you actually want. Don’t just wander around. I made the mistake of only talking to the big names (Coke, Home Depot) and the lines were insane. The mid-sized companies actually remembered me later. Professors are great too, but only if you’ve built a relationship. You can’t just cold email them asking for a job. Show up to office hours first.
