Tips for Balancing Study and Sleep During Final Exams?

Just your average Aerospace Engineering sophomore here, knee-deep in vectors and flight dynamics. I'm also on the co-op program, which means juggling work and study is my specialty. But with finals looming, my inner night owl is battling with my sensible self who wants to get enough sleep. I've been pulling all-nighters left and right, guzzling down energy drinks like water just to keep my eyes open. But after while, it's like reading Ancient Greek!

So, I'm reaching out to you guys for advice on how to strike the perfect balance between hitting the books and catching some much-needed Z's during finals week. Have any of you mastered this delicate art? Do you prefer late-night study sessions or early morning cramming? And most importantly, how do you maintain focus when your brain feels like it's swimming in pool of jet fuel (or maybe that's just the Engineering nerd in me talking)? I’m currently at Georgia Tech but have close friend who’s considering transferring to the University of Georgia, Athens next semester. We’ve both been trying to figure out the best housing options for him. Remember how daunting it was when first moved into North Ave Apartments here at Tech, so can understand his nerves.
