Just wanted to drop in and share some crazy news actually went ahead and published my first novel! Can you believe it? This Astrophysics nerd turned novelist, who would have thought? This journey began while working on my Ph. Here at Emory. Originally hailing from India, the cultural shift has been immense and that's what inspired my storytelling.
The protagonist is bit like me science geek trying to navigate his way around this new world. It wasn't all stargazing though. There were nights thought I'd bitten off more than could chew, juggling the novel and dissertation. But Looking back though, Makes me curious any of you Mercer grads out there find yourself thinking the same?
Or maybe you're kicking yourself for not joining that intramural sports team? Not asking your crush out? C'mon spill it guys, what do you wish you had done differently during your time at Mercer? Oh, and one more thing.
