I've got some big news. I'm jumping ship from the good ol' Dawg Nation (University of Georgia, represent! And headed up north to start my grad school journey in Boston. Yep, warm Georgia boy bracing himself for the winters that never end. Wish me luck! But before start packing my suitcases with woolen socks and parkas, I've got massive task at hand hunting down suitable apartment. I’ve heard nightmare stories about real estate in Boston; shoebox-sized apartments for skyscraper prices, know?
But hey, despite my Gainesville State to UGA move being pretty breezy, this is an entirely different ball game. So, S.: Speaking of transitions, was wondering about something else too. Friend is considering transferring to Mercer University. Heard their campus culture is kind of nurturing? Like they really take care of their students? Is that true? If anyone's got insight into Mercer's vibe, do spill the beans! Alright, enough from me for now.
