Anyone else feeling the heat? Is it worth it to search for internships in Georgia to level up my kitchen skills? Any tips on recipe development or kitchen management? Hit me up with your thoughts!

i did one at a resort last summer and it CHANGED me. learned more in 3 months than 2 years of classes honestly. kitchen management skills, recipe scaling, inventory—all that stuff you cant learn from textbooks. if youre serious about culinary, georgia is lowkey a great place for it. go for it!!
