Alright gather round, I have a story that will either make you feel better about your life or more terrified about using essay services. Maybe both. 🍿

After getting scammed twice (yes, twice — I'm a slow learner), I thought I'd finally found a legit option. Someone on Reddit — real account, years of history, helpful comments everywhere — DM'd me a recommendation. Said they'd used this service three times, always got A's, never had issues. Even sent me screenshots of their grades. 📱

I was skeptical but desperate. Checked out the service. Looked professional. Had real-looking reviews. Offered a "money-back guarantee." I thought: this is it. This is the one. 💰

Paid $320 for a 12-page paper. Got it back four days later. First red flag: it was 9 pages, not 12. Second red flag: half of it was copy-pasted from a Wikipedia article (I checked). Third red flag: the "references" were all from 1998. 🚩🚩🚩

I complained. Asked for a revision. They said "no problem." Sent me a "revised" version three days later. It was the same paper with different fonts. Not even joking. They literally just changed the font and sent it back. 😂

I asked for a refund. They stopped responding. Emails, chat, phone — all dead. The website is still up, still taking new customers. Probably still scamming people. 🪤

The person who recommended them? Deleted their account. Shocking, I know.

So here I am, $320 poorer, with a useless paper and a paper due in 3 days. I've learned my lesson this time. For real. No more services. I'll write it myself, badly, and accept whatever grade comes. 🙃

Anyone else have scam stories? Make me feel less alone? 😭

Bro, the font thing got me ☠️☠️☠️. These people have no shame. But why would you trust someone on Reddit tho? Like even with a old account, everyone is a potential scammer these days. Sorry this happened, that's rough.
