I need to buy an essay for a coding class. Is that even possible?

Most of the talk here is about English or History papers, but my problem is different. I have a Python programming assignment due, and I am completely lost. I can't just 'buy an essay' about Python; I need someone to actually write the code, comment it properly, and explain the logic so I can defend it if asked. I've looked at some 'coding homework help' sites, but they look just as sketchy as the essay mills. Has anyone successfully paid someone to do a coding assignment? Are there specific platforms for CS students, or am I just out of luck and doomed to fail?
