I'm Georgia Tech alum, now working my tail off at this design firm in Savannah. But that's not why I'm here. Want to talk about struggle many of us have probably faced juggling part-time job with full-time studies. Back in my Tech days, worked at this little coffee shop near campus. It was great for the extra cash and the endless caffeine supply during those brutal all-nighters, but man, it was tough trying to balance it all. Sometimes, felt like was doing high-wire act without safety net! With classes during the day and shifts through the evenings and weekends, free time became as mythical as Bigfoot.
And let's not even start on how my social life took nosedive faster than the Falcon's last season. Guess what I'm trying to figure out is how many others have had similar experiences? How do you deal with the stress of trying to keep up with coursework while earning your keep? Or am just really bad at time management? Meanwhile, totally unrelated, but anyone got any insights into the Business Analytics program at Emory Georgia State? What's the real difference between the two?
