Gotta tell waving goodbye to my kiddo on their first day at Georgia Southern was cocktail of emotions. It's been couple of months now since the dorm room has been set up, the initial homesickness has faded, and campus life is in full swing for them. And in the midst of all the excitement and anticipation that freshman year brings, Our family got taste of this financial dance while my child was still high school senior. That FAFSA form? Tad overwhelming, if I'm being honest.

But we navigated through it all and now we've got this loan hanging around like an uninvited guest at family barbecue. My question to you fine folks is about managing these student loans post-graduation. My kid’s focused on adjusting to college life, making friends, and surviving those am classes remember what that was like!

Meanwhile, I’m over here sipping my coffee trying to forecast how best to handle these looming payments down the line. For parents who have already walked this path or those who are navigating it now what steps did you take? Did you find any strategies particularly helpful in tackling these pesky debts head-on?
