imo right now, i'm diving deep into neuroanatomy, cognitive psychology, and research methods. But man, these courses are no joke - tackling complex theories, nailing down research ethics, and designing experiments got my brain working overtime! 🧠💥 I've been feeling a bit overwhelmed lately trying to juggle classes and extracurriculars. How do you guys balance it all here in Georgia?

Any tips on time management or navigating the academic scene at UGA? I'm all ears for advice! Also, any suggestions for cool hangout spots around campus to destress? Sometimes a good chill session is all you need to recharge, am I right?

The UGA Office for Student Success and Achievement (OSSA) has amazing resources . Here's a concrete plan:
  1. Map out your week using Google Calendar or a planner . Block out classes, meals, and then schedule specific study times for each course.
  2. Use the 8-8-8 rule as a guide: 8 hours for academics, 8 for living (extracurriculars and fun), and 8 for sleep .
  3. Find your focus spot. The libraries are great, but have you explored study spaces in your college building? A dedicated, distraction-free zone is key .
